Own more than one copy
BaubleStash counts physical ornaments, not catalog designs. If you own the same snowman twice, My Stash shows You own 2 and lists Copy 1 and Copy 2.
This matters because the two objects may be different:
- One is mint in the box; the other is faded.
- One is in the hall closet; the other is in the garage.
- One has the original tag; the other does not.
- One is a gift with a note; the other was bought at a flea market.

What each copy can have
- Its own condition
- Its own notes
- Its own storage box
- Its own release link
- Its own photos
- Its own cloud backup status (Plus)
Changing Copy 1 does not change Copy 2.
Ownership counts
- The design shows the total: You own 3.
- Each release shows its own count: You own 1 for the 2019 release, You own 2 for the 2020 release.
- A copy with no release counts under Release unknown.
BaubleStash does not display ownership of one release as ownership of another release.
Remove a copy
On the website, open the ornament, select the trash icon on the copy, and confirm Remove copy.
Removing a copy does not remove the design, other copies, or catalog records. The mobile app does not currently provide a remove-copy button.
