Create your account

You need one BaubleStash account for your collection. The same email and password work in the mobile app and on the website.

A new account starts on the Free plan with My Stash, scanning, boxes, and up to 100 physical owned copies.

Before you start

• An email address you can access.
• A password with at least 8 characters.
• The web browser or the BaubleStash mobile app.

One account, one personal stash

BaubleStash creates your My Stash automatically. You do not need to create a library, collection, or workspace first.

Create an account on the website

1. Open baublestash.com/register.
2. Enter a Display name if you want one. It is optional.
3. Enter your Email.
4. Enter a Password of at least 8 characters.
5. Enter the same password in Confirm password.
6. Select Create free account.
7. Check the inbox for that email and open the verification link. The link works once and expires after 24 hours.
8. Return to the website, sign in, and My Stash opens.

The account cannot sign in until the email link is used. If the message does not arrive, select Resend verification email on the sign-in or registration screen.

Create an account in the mobile app

1. Open BaubleStash.
2. Select Create an account.
3. Optionally enter a Name.
4. Enter your Email.
5. Enter a Password of at least 8 characters.
6. Select Create account.
7. Open the verification link sent to your email. The link works once and expires after 24 hours.
8. Return to the app, sign in, and My Stash opens.

The app cannot sign in until the email link is used. Use Resend verification email if it does not arrive.

What success looks like

• The registration screen says Check your email and names the address you used.
• After you open the link, the website or app confirms the email is verified.
• You see My Stash with an empty-state message such as “Your stash starts with one ornament.”
• The account menu or sidebar shows your display name and email.
• You can reach Boxes, Scan or Add ornament, and Help.

If the verification link does not work

• Open the newest verification email. Older links stop working when a new one is sent.
• Links expire after 24 hours. Request a fresh link from the sign-in screen.
• Check the spam or junk folder.
• Do not create a second account for the same email.

If the email is already in use

BaubleStash will tell you that an account with that email already exists. Select Sign in instead, or use Forgot password if you do not remember the password.
