The service
BaubleStash provides private ornament inventory tools, a shared catalog, optional collection sharing, and optional Plus cloud-photo backup. The service is operated by Blackboard Studios.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and use only an account you are authorized to access. One account owns one personal library and one default My Stash collection in v1.
Your content
You retain ownership of the private collection records and photographs you create. You give BaubleStash permission to store, process, synchronize, and display that content only as needed to provide the features you request.
Catalog contributions
By submitting a catalog contribution, you confirm that you may share the selected information and photographs for review. A Librarian may approve, edit, or reject the contribution. Approval creates or updates shared catalog data; it does not transfer ownership of your private stash. Contribution licensing is limited to the rights you confirm when submitting content.
Subscriptions
BaubleStash Plus is an annual subscription with a $9.99 USD base price. Web purchases and renewals are processed by Stripe, which also calculates applicable taxes and provides receipts; Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are processed by those stores under their terms and localized pricing. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time and access continues through the paid period. Refunds are handled under this agreement and applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
- Do not attempt to access another collector’s private library, photographs, or moderation data.
- Do not automate abusive requests, bypass plan limits, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use the catalog to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing material.
Availability and changes
The service is still being developed and tested. Features may change, and no uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised. Material changes to these terms require notice before taking effect.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. You can download your data and request permanent account deletion. Deletion does not cancel Apple or Google billing. Private cleanup is retryable; backup, minimal audit and necessary financial-record schedules require confirmation before hosted enforcement. Licensed public catalog content and minimal license evidence may remain without personal attribution.
